Amandus Blikkfang is the film festival for emerging talent and the next generation of filmmakers. We showcase the best student films and works by young adult filmmakers from the Nordic countries – and the best are rewarded.
Who can submit?
- Students enrolled in higher education in the Nordic countries
- Nordic students enrolled in higher education outside the Nordic countries
- Nordic filmmakers between the ages of 20–26 who have made a film outside of an educational context
Film requirements
- Maximum 30 minutes – including credits
- Completed after January 1, 2025
- All genres and formats are welcome
The Nordic countries include Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Iceland, as well as the Faroe Islands, Greenland, Åland and associated territories.
