Nordens största filmfestival for filmstudenter och unge filmare kan hittas i Lillehammer i april.

Take part in the biggest film festival for young filmmakers in the Nordic region!

Sweden has always been the big brother of Scandinavia when it comes to film, with the all-time great Ingmar Bergman as one of the film history’s most influential filmmakers, but still proving its great artistic relevance deservingly winning the Palme d’Or at the 2017 Cannes Film Festival.

We would love to showcase the Swedish filmmakers of tomorrow to an international audience at Amandus – Lillehammer International Student Film Festival, and invites all young filmmakers and film students from Sweden to submit their work to one of our competitions.

The submission deadline is January 10

Read more about the competitions here.

Amandus is a place where film enthusiasm grows, and where nordic film students, schools and the film industry can be inspired, challenge each other, and make new connections across the borders. We appreciate the artistic visions of our future film makers, as art, expressions and entertainment.

We invite all film students from Denmark, Iceland, Sweden, Finland and Norway to enter your films in our competitions before January 10. Enter your film here!
