About the festival
This year’s most anticipated film festival for students and young adults is in full planning mode! For the foruth time, we invite talented filmmakers from all over the Nordic countries to participate in Amandus Blikkfang from September 26th to 28th.
The heart of the festival lies in the film city of Lillehammer, where this year we will use Kulturhuset Banken as the main venue for the event. In addition, there will be some screenings at Lillehammer cinema.
In its two years, the festival has become known for its unique atmosphere, which we will, of course, bring with us into this year’s edition while working to further develop the festival.
We have several exciting announcements in store for this year’s festival, but these will be revealed closer to the event date. However, we can promise that it will be an unforgettable experience for both filmmakers and film lovers!
Participants from all over the Nordic countries are warmly welcome to submit their films to the competition. The deadline for submission is [date day=competition competition=student], and this is easily done via Filmfreeway.com.
