Medskaper og direktør for FILMFORUM Association, en internasjonal organisasjon som spesialiserer seg på å promotere unge filmskapere i Polen. Han er også produsent for CINEMAFORUM – International Short Film Festival i Warszawa, samt WAMA Film Festival i Olsztyn.   Producer, project manager. Co-founder and director of the FILMFORUM Association - an international organization specializing in the promotion of young cinema, based in Warsaw (Poland). A specialist in financial management, monitoring of budgets, organizational and financial services as well as reporting principles in project implementation. Coordinator and expert of EU projects, organizer of international trainings for the IT / ICT / multimedia industry in Poland, France, Germany, Italy and Norway. Producer of CINEMAFORUM - International Short Film Festival in Warsaw, WAMA Film Festival in Olsztyn and National Film Meetings KAMERALNE LATO in Radom. Coordinator of industry sections during Polish film festivals (Interfilmlab, Scriptmarket.pro). Originator of the AKSON STUDIO & FILMFORUM.PL Screenwriting Contest. Technical coordinator of the 65th World Independent Cinema Festival UNICA (2003). Journalist of CINEMA Magazine and KINO Magazine (2004-2006). President of the board (2006-2010) and artistic director (2010-2012) of the LATERNA MAGICA Film Education and Art Foundation. In the years 2006-2020, the coordinator of the short section of the Polish Film Festival in Gdynia. Founder of the KOSMOPOLIS Institute - Science, Culture and Education Foundation. Member of the Program Council of the Foundation for the Intangible Cultural Heritage in Poland. A graduate of the Faculty of History and the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw and the Study of Television Production. In 2019, he received the honorary badge of the Polish Minister of Culture and National Heritage “Meritorious for Polish Culture”.
